heyGF.ai Poster Terms

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Version 2026-09-11

These terms explain how the heyGF.ai social media poster program works: what you agree to, how you are paid, and what gets you removed. We have written them in plain English. Please read them before you apply. If anything is unclear, email us at affiliates@heygf.ai before you agree.

1. Agreeing to these terms

The heyGF.ai social media poster program (the “Program”) is run by heyGF.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). In these terms, “you” means the person who applies to or takes part in the Program as a poster.

You agree to these terms when you tick the box on the application form and send your application. They apply from that moment, and they keep applying for as long as you take part in the Program. If you do not agree, do not apply.

When you agree, we keep a record of the date and time, your IP address and the version of these terms shown above. That record is our proof of what you agreed to.

Applying does not guarantee a place. We review every application and decide who to accept. We do not have to give a reason.

2. Who can take part

To take part, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
  • Give us true, complete and current information, and tell us when it changes.
  • Apply only once and hold only one poster account. Your account is personal and you may not share, sell or transfer it.
  • Do the work yourself. You may not hand your account or your work to someone else.

2.1 Sanctioned countries

People from most countries may apply. We cannot accept, work with or pay anyone who lives in, or is ordinarily resident in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Myanmar, or anyone named on a government sanctions list. We check this when you apply and again before every payment.

If you move to one of these countries, or become subject to sanctions, you must tell us straight away. We will stop your participation and hold any unpaid amounts for as long as the law requires.

3. You are an independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor. You are not our employee, worker, partner, agent or representative, and nothing in these terms makes you one. This means:

  • You choose when during the day you do the work. We do not give you working hours or equipment.
  • You are not entitled to a salary, benefits, paid leave, sick pay or any other employment right from us.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and any registration or reporting that applies to you where you live.
  • You have no authority to sign anything, make any promise or take on any obligation on our behalf.
  • You may not describe yourself as a heyGF.ai employee, staff member, official partner or official representative.

4. Training is part of these terms

After we approve you, you must complete the poster training and agree to it before you start. We will not accept any proof of work from you until you have done so.

The training teaches you exactly what to do: your daily routine, how to set up your accounts, what to post and where, how to send proof of work, and how you get paid. The rules in the training are part of these terms. Breaking a training rule is breaking these terms.

When we change the training, we will ask you to review it and agree again. Until you do, we may not accept your proof of work. If these terms and the training ever seem to disagree, follow the stricter rule, and ask us if you are not sure.

5. Weekly pay

  • When we approve you, we agree a weekly pay amount with you. The standard amount is $20 a week. We may agree a different amount with you, and the amount we agree with you is the one that applies.
  • Weekly pay is earned only for weeks in which you completed all of the required work set out in your training, and sent valid proof of it. A week in which the work was not completed earns no weekly pay, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
  • We check your proof of work. We decide, acting reasonably and at our discretion, whether a week's work was completed and is genuine. We may ask you for more proof before we decide.
  • Weekly pay is not a salary and is not guaranteed. It stops when your participation ends. We may change the weekly pay amount for future weeks by telling you in advance; the change never affects a week you have already completed.
  • If proof of work that earned weekly pay later turns out to be fake, is deleted, or breaks the rules, we may withhold that pay or recover it from your future earnings.

6. Lifetime commission

6.1 What you earn

You earn a commission of 25% of every payment made to us by users you refer: subscriptions, coin purchases and any future products. The commission continues for the lifetime of the referred user's account, as long as your poster account remains in good standing.

A user counts as referred by you when our tracking attributes their account to your referral link or code. Our tracking records decide which users are yours, and they are final.

6.2 Your referral code gives customers a discount

Your referral code also gives the customer 10% off. Your commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays, after that discount. On a subscription, the discounted price stays in place for every renewal, so the commission on every renewal of that subscription is also calculated on the discounted price.

6.3 Refunds and chargebacks

  • Commission is earned only on completed, genuine payments. If a payment is refunded, charged back, cancelled or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed, even if it has already been paid to you.
  • A reversal can leave you with a negative balance. We subtract it from your future weekly pay and commission until it is cleared.
  • Chargebacks are a sign of low-quality or fraudulent traffic. If 3 or more payments from your referred users are charged back, we may suspend your account and hold your payouts while we review your traffic.

7. How you are paid

  • We pay in cryptocurrency only. We do not pay by bank transfer, card or cash. The payout options are: USDT on TRON (TRC-20), USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Pay, Other crypto.
  • You add your payout details in your poster portal. When and how often we pay is explained in the training. We may pay your weekly pay and commission together in one payment.
  • You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address on the correct network. Crypto payments cannot be reversed. A payment we send to the address and network you gave us counts as paid, even if the address or network was wrong, and we cannot recover it for you.
  • We may send a small test amount to a new address before the first full payment.
  • Before paying you, we may ask for your full name, the name the receiving account is registered under, and proof of identity, so we can meet sanctions and anti-fraud checks. We may hold payments until you provide them.
  • We may hold any payment while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms or the training, and we may withhold it if a breach is confirmed.

8. What gets you removed

You must follow the training rules and the law everywhere you post. The following are strictly forbidden. Any one of them can get you removed from the Program immediately, without warning:

  • Fake or deleted proof of work. Sending proof of posts you did not make, reusing someone else's proof, or deleting posts after you submit them.
  • Bought or fake traffic. Paying for clicks, sign-ups, followers or engagement, using bots or automation, or offering people money or rewards to sign up.
  • Fake accounts. Using bought accounts, bot accounts, or accounts that pretend to be a different person. Accounts you set up for this work the way the training shows you are allowed.
  • Links in comments. Your referral link goes in your profile bio, never in comments.
  • Crisis communities. Posting in groups or communities for people who are vulnerable or in distress, such as grief, mental health, addiction or self-harm support, or in any community the training tells you to avoid.
  • Anything involving minors. The service is for adults (18+) only. Never target, contact or post where minors are likely to be, and never post anything that sexualizes or suggests a minor. We report this to the authorities where the law requires.
  • Explicit content. Posting nude, sexual or otherwise explicit images, video or text anywhere.
  • Impersonation. Pretending to be heyGF.ai staff or any other person, or using a real person's name, photos or likeness without their written permission.
  • Spam, harassment, hate speech, misleading claims about the service, or anything else that breaks a platform's rules or the law.

9. Checking your work

We may review your proof of work, the accounts you post from, and the posts, groups and pages you use for the Program at any time. If we ask, you must give us the information we need to check your work within a reasonable time. Refusing to cooperate with a review is a breach of these terms.

10. Our brand and materials

  • We give you guidelines, images and other materials to use. You may use them only for the Program and only in the way the training describes. That permission ends when your participation ends.
  • You may not register domain names, social media handles or pages that use “heyGF” or a confusingly similar name, or run paid ads that bid on our name, without our written permission.
  • You may not make promises about the service that are not true, or claim that anyone famous uses or endorses it.
  • The training and any non-public information we share with you are confidential. Do not publish them or share them with anyone outside the Program. This continues after you leave.

11. Earnings are not guaranteed

What you earn depends on the work you complete and on what your referred users spend. Figures on our hiring page, including what top posters earn, are examples and not a promise of what you will earn.

12. Ending your participation

  • You may stop taking part at any time by telling us.
  • We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including if you break these terms or the training, if we suspect fraud, if the law requires it, or if your activity harms or is likely to harm our reputation. Where you have broken a rule in section 8, we may do this immediately and without warning.
  • If we end your participation because you broke these terms or the training, you lose all unpaid weekly pay and commission, and all future commission. We may also recover amounts already paid for work that was fake or broke the rules.
  • Sections 6.3, 7, 9, 10, 13 and 14 continue to apply after your participation ends.

13. Your data

We process the information you give us, and information about your work in the Program, to run the Program, pay you and meet our legal duties, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may report payments to tax authorities or regulators where the law requires.

14. Liability

14.1 Your responsibility

You agree to cover us, and our officers, employees and partners, for any claims, losses, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or the training, from what you post, or from your breaking any law or anyone else's rights.

14.2 Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amounts we paid you in the 6 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, even if we were told they were possible.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you and may ask you to agree to the new version. If you keep taking part after we have told you about a change, you accept the updated terms. The version in force is the one identified by the date at the top of this page.

16. General

  • Governing law and disputes: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which heyGF.ai is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is resolved only by binding individual arbitration, and you give up the right to take part in a class or collective action.
  • Whole agreement: These terms, together with the training and any pay amount we agree with you in writing, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Program.
  • If one part is invalid: the rest of these terms still applies.
  • No waiver: If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • Transfer: You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else. We may transfer it.
  • Notices: Send notices to us at affiliates@heygf.ai. We send notices to you through your poster portal, WhatsApp or the email address on your account.
