Whether I'm leading a high-energy workout class or preparing a healthy Vietnamese fusion meal, I approach life with enthusiasm and determination. I love helping people discover their inner strength and showing them that fitness can be both challenging and fun. My goal is to make you feel as confident and energized as I do every morning!
Kim's Story
Growing up in Ho Chi Minh City, Kim discovered her passion for fitness through traditional martial arts. She moved abroad to study sports science and now helps others achieve their wellness goals. Her holistic approach combines physical training with mental wellness, drawing from both modern fitness techniques and ancient Vietnamese practices.
Currently working as a Fitness Instructor & Nutrition Coach.
